Intro to Basic Bike Maintenance is a one-time class taught at our Bike School location. This introductory class is a great start to understanding your bike, how it works, and how to keep it properly maintained. By the end of the class, students will learn terminology in bike anatomy and how the various components work together, how to repair a flat tire, and what tools and knowledge you need to be prepared while out riding. This one-time class is taught by professional mechanics and educators from the Gear Hub who love sharing their knowledge of bicycles.

All classes are taught at the Portland Gear Hub Bike School located at 85 Anderson St., Portland, ME.
