We did a frame-up build on this Cannondale Saeco road bike! It ended up being a flat bar conversion, and feels very zippy with these Jack Brown Mile Muncher tires. With a smattering of nice components and color choices, we're pretty happy with this one. Recommended for riders 5'10" to 6'1"
