cosmetic imperfections pictured. A previous owner attempted a paint correction on the top of the downtube and top of the top tube in a maroon, which doesn't exactly match the paint. Someone skilled in restoration could clean it up. There are several other small paint chips on the left seatstay and left fork blade.

Frame is structurally sound with no corrosion. BB and fork threads are in good shape. Downtube bosses have had paint chipped away to allow for shifters/stops to be added.
